全世界你最棒!可以了。。。我猜测是V3S spi CS 脚内部没上拉,因为F1C200好像上拉了,所以我外部没上拉。。。各种FLASH情况不一样,华邦的都不行,加了上拉才行,GD的和MX的都行。。。以后还是要自己注意点。。。

跟这个很像,还没用逻辑仪。。但是把SPI CS脚放根多邦线上去悬空就能识别,应该是走线有问题。

做几款板子,51欧姆不能去,PHY电阻要4.7K-6.8K,看别人是6.04K居多。不然不同走线,网卡可能上上下下不稳定,51欧姆支线不能太长,试过飞线,太长会出问题。留给后人一个经验。。。。

RT,同样的原理图,两种板子,其中一种板子FLASH kernel无法识别。spi-nor spi0.0: unrecognized JEDEC id bytes: 00 00 00 00 00 00
1.尝试的flash型号W25Q128 W25Q256 MX25L256,其中MX25L256可以识别,而另外的UBOOT能启动,但是内核无法识别
2.把同一个FLASH放到另外一个板子全部是好的。
3.SPI频率已经试过25M 40M 50M都不行。

你如果是作为路由,就不应该使用桥接,而是wan lan分开,然后dnsmasq绑定在lan上
你如果是作为AP,就使用桥接,但不应该启用dnsmasq(作为AP他就是个交换机而已)。

主要是自定义设备,有线可以wan 可以lan,因为网线插上进行配置,wifi也是一样的情况。默认情况下就把wifi桥接到an上了,为了默认状态有线无线都可以对设备进行配置。所以就有了上面这种情况

这其实很好调试你在wifi口tcpdump抓包分析下。

被你发现了确实如此。虽然配置了br-lan为lan静态IP,然后开启IP分配,但是如果插入路由器的网线,路由器那边开启DHCP,就出现了上面这个问题。。。。。。。。。。。。。。
虽然知道了问题,不知道怎么解决。。。难道说明书上写WIFI配置的时候要拔网线吗。。。。不然dnsmasq那个服务自动会udhcp获取,同时也会作为dhcp server给接入。。。。

RT,V3S做了一个板子,使用openwrt出现如下问题:



1.在wifi和eth0同时在br-lan接口下做lan口时,

        1.1开机如果不插网线,手机连上AP,可以打开uci网站或者登录进板子
        1.2开机如果插网线,手机连上AP,就无法打开UCI网站或者登录进板子
        1.3开机如果不插网线,手机连上AP,可以打开uci网站或者登录进板子,拔掉网线,依然没有问题
        1.4开机如果插网线,手机连上AP,就无法打开UCI网站或者登录进板子,拔掉网线,network restart依然无法进入




不知道这是什么原因,开机的时刻不知道记录了什么

RT,V3S,使用了openwrt,使能了网口和wifi。(RTL8189ES RTL8723DS)
问题:在系统启动后,没插网线状态,wifi wlan0接口只能在混杂监听模式,无法启动为ap模式。只有eth0插网线使能后wifi才能用。(把wifi接口换个新的就没问题,不和eth0在同一虚拟桥接网络下就行)

希望达到目标:网线没插,wifi照样能作为ap,手机等可以接入,作为lan网络一部分

换电脑,换usb线,换荔枝派的开发板试一试。

大概率是板子usb布线有点问题。

电脑换过,USB线3条试过(在F1C没问题。。。。。难道是USB布线问题。。。。。。)
另外发现新问题,利用FEL读写内存0x40000000会失败,死机一样的失败。但是读0xffff0000 brom就没问题

另外试过8M 32M的华邦FLASH.而且芯片引脚和FLASH引脚已经量过导通。flash在F1C都验证过,没问题

RT,现在FEL能启动,但是无法下载。
情况1:fel spiflash-info超时,然后芯片死机了一样 无法继续fel ver fel -l等检测芯片。更别提write了
情况2:可以利用fel下载uboot在内存运行
情况3:在不断开FLASH的情况下,启动V3S又不能进入fel,好像已经成功从flash启动了一样

平时都没问题的,刚开始做的时候就试过看门狗,不过就是打开看看能不能复位,没有像现在这样一个个功能仔细测试

另外芯片,淘宝买的,感觉应该是原装。。。。。。不用看门狗没什么问题,一开始做产品觉得看门狗这些细节放最后,没想到最后出事故了。。。。。。。想过外部看门狗,但是想想消费类的没这么恐怖,。。。ARM独立看门狗应该算成熟,准备工业类的加个外部看门狗,但是看到上面的帖子又有点慌。。。。因为做工作高压的,周边都是15KV环境,还有一个板载4G模块,感觉这料铁定吃不消

这几天看到过,我板子上也有USB连着4G模块,但是测试的时候我已经把他断开。而且我拿自己最小的开发板试过,就是EAXXXX电源接F1C200S,然后IO口全部拉出,之前在论坛发过图片 https://whycan.com/t_5636.html 。用这个板子一样,我基本确定不是外部干扰,最小系统因为没有灯所以连着串口线,而串口线的TX不接的话,就是F1C200S的RX不接(为了串口线的TX电流不流入F1C200),然后启动看门狗测试,过一段时间再接上TX,发送命令已经发送不了,说明已经死机。唯一的外部接线就是串口线的RX了。其他干扰都弄开了。主要还没找到关键点。

看门狗时间到就死机,没到就可以继续操作终端,登入使用命令等等,和平时一样。用LINUX自带的看门狗工具没有复现这么快,但是也是会死机,10次大概1 2次,busybox的watchdog10次有9次死

没有,系统直接挂了的样子,板子上有一个led灯是heartbeat,这个灯也灭了。刚才试过拔掉调试串口,一样会死机,LED不亮了。但是板子上还有一个单片机通过串口连着F1C200,但是单片机只有RX也就是F1C200的TX被上拉

复现问题很简单,拿块F1C200的板子,启动初始化的时候开启看门狗,后面一直喂狗然后停掉就行,很容易死。我在PREINIT里开启看门狗,后面INIT.D的各种脚本里都加了喂狗,很容易就死了。
还有种最简单的复现办法就是用busybox的watchdog,PREINIT里加一句watchdog -t 16000 /dev/watchdog,10次9次死

是的,我也怀疑是不是F1C200 的串口RX脚如果外部拉高是不是就无法复位。

另外求下各位大神,把看门狗驱动移植到UBOOT里:) ,因为发现F1C200S实在太脆弱,搭一下FLASH就可能死在UBOOT SPL里,因为没法加载UBOOT,想在SPL跟第二阶段的UBOOT看门狗都打开

RT,使用TINY200主线LINUX,修改linux自带的看门狗工具将V去掉( 退出程序不会关闭看门狗),然后在preinit里watchdog-utils -t 16 -e设置看门狗时间16S,系统启动后echo 0>/dev/watchdog不断喂狗然后停止喂狗,然后就死机了。。。。出现过好几次,大部分时间能正常重启,但是偶尔整个系统就死掉。串口也没反应,系统的heartbeat灯也没了。通过RST脚能够复位。
心里好慌!!!!!都要小批产品了。。。。。
看了看门狗驱动,有个reset function寄存器设置为2,不知道有没解释,难道不是时间到,强制复位ARM吗?难道还不是强制复位,软中断什么的处理balabala???

RT,因为USB端点问题,比如4G模块默认8个USB串口,枚举出了TTYUSB0-7,而F1C200只有3个,那么,可以使用前3个+ECM吗?

特地给芯片的电源回路做了个低阻抗环路面积又小的路线,引导电流从右边走。地线宽度大概60Mil,走F1C系列应该没啥问题吧?

DIY了一个F1C200S核心板,电源可能假焊,风枪吹几下就好了,启动也正常了。不是很折腾。
